About Us

- All of our beef is Prime and dry aged.  We have London broil, ribeye, New York strip, filet Mignon, skirt steak, flank steaks, and triangle steaks. We also carry fresh free range chickens, chicken breasts, and boneless, skinless chicken cutlets. Along with beef and chicken we carry fresh pork shoulder, pork butts, baby back ribs, and loin of pork. We have smoked pork chops and smoked butts also.

- In our deli section of the store we have ham, turkey, and hard salami. Along with those cold cuts we also make our own bologna and liverwurst. We also smoke our own bacon and black forest ham and cook our own roast beef.

- We also make our own wursts which include: knockwurst, bratwurst (swiss and german) franks, skinless franks, franks with jalape?os and cheese, kielbasi (fresh and smoked), and ricewurst

- The sausage that we make include Italian hot and sweet, breakfast, andouille, chorizo, summer, and turkey sausage.

- When the weather is cooler we make homemade chicken noodle soup, chili, beef stew, and pea soup.

- Our homemade salads include macaroni, cole slaw, garden, chicken, potato (german and with mayonnaise), and "the best rice pudding around"

- For chop meat we only use Prime ground sirloin that is ground fresh as you order it. We also make hamburger patties fresh when you order them at no extra cost.

- With the nice summer weather we also offer teriyaki steak and teriyaki chicken kabobs and marinated teriyaki pork tenderloins.

- We carry fresh homemade PIROGI (potato and cheese, potato and onion, plain cheese, and plain saurkraut) 

-FRIDAYS AND SATURDAYS - We pick up fresh homemade Apple Strudel and Cheese Strudel.
